We started our business in February 2021 in the midst of the pandemic with one goal in mind: Hiraya is our "Happy Place" that inspires people to relax & disconnect from anxiety of the pandemic and other pressing situations of life. The tranquility of the vast property, nature & beautiful sunset will help to find your inner peace again.

Dirky is on fire

With over 20+ years of experience in kitchens all over the world, our chef has created a unique approach for Hiraya. Inspired by Chefs with passion for grilled meat & barbeque'd food in many different ways, we brought a legit Argentinian Grill to Legleg, San Juan.


The love for Filipino BBQ combined with local produce, led to a culinary experience unique to the famous little Surftown along the westcoast of Luzon.  With a focus on food quality, bold flavors and in consideration of seasonality, our chef has made Hiraya a Hidden Gem for Honest food in La Union.


Come and enjoy delicious servings presented on a weekly changing menu, hand-crafted by one of the greatest food connoisseurs in the Philippines.
